In the rare event that damage is clearly caused by our cleaner, we offer a fair compensation process based on the item’s market value, which is capped at $200 per session. To protect your interests, we always recommend putting away highly fragile or irreplaceable valuables before the session begins.

Because our recurring clients provide their own supplies, you have total control over exactly which brands are used in your home. For our move-out services, we use professional-grade cleaners that are effective yet safe for a residential environment.
Absolutely! We know that building trust and a routine is important for Singaporean households. For our recurring services, we make every effort to assign the same cleaner to your home for every visit. This allows the cleaner to become familiar with your specific preferences and the layout of your home. If your regular cleaner is on leave or unwell, we will proactively arrange a qualified replacement so your cleaning schedule isn’t interrupted. effective yet safe for a residential environment.
At Home Cleaning SG, we pride ourselves on honesty. You won’t find any “surprise” surcharges on your bill. We do not charge hidden administrative fees or registration fees.

We understand that plans can change. To secure your preferred time slot, we require a deposit: 50% for One-Time Cleanings (OTGC/OTDC) and 20% for Recurring Services. These deposits help us manage our cleaners’ schedules fairly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can assist you with the next steps regarding your deposit and booking.
Our team specialises in general domestic cleaning to keep your living spaces tidy and hygienic. However, for health and safety reasons, our cleaners do not handle pet waste, biohazard materials, or active pest infestations. If your home is dealing with these specific issues, we recommend hiring a specialised pest control or biohazard remediation service before booking a general clean with Home Cleaning SG.
